Sales Support

If you already have an account with us, you can view pricing by logging and then browsing back to the Public area of the website. From there you can make purchases against your account.

Telephone Technical Support

If you require telephone technical support for a product, you will be prompted for the license key of that particular product to ensure you product support is current.

Telephone technical support is available between 9am to 5pm (NZ Time) Monday to Friday.

Email Technical Support

Email support is available for any products listed on the TNZ Group website and will be responded to in a 48hour time frame.

TNZ Group Support Forums

Support is also offered on the TNZ Group Forums, which is monitored by the TNZ Group staff members and other users of TNZ Group's services. However if you need a quick answer, Telephone or Email support is best.

On-Site support

As a distributor, TNZ Group do not offer on-site support. However we may be able to recommend one of our resellers if we have some in your area.

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance Contracts are available, where we will have remote access to your server to fix issues promptly. These are negotiated on a case by case basis to fit the needs of the client.
