    To qualify for a NFR license you must have purchased 3 licenses for different customers before requesting an NFR.
    NFR licenses will not be provided (and may be recalled) to companies who use the license for a 'hosting mail' type services or instances that violate software licenses.

Reseller Requirements

  • Completion of the Reseller application form.
  • In the majority of cases we require a modest history of sales to illustrate a commitment to our products.
  • Good working knowledge of the software products that you wish to resell and an awareness of all the products we sell. To this end you must have sufficient familiarity with our products to be able to provide your own customers with technical support and assistance. This will benefit you, as customers often come to TNZ asking for someone to go on-site and we can recommend you!
  • Reasonable level of ongoing account activity in terms of licenses purchased being a minimum of 3 license sales every 6 months.
  • Resellers are e-mailed detail as to when licenses are about to expire.
  • Be familiar with our licensing structure and be committed to actively chase renewal of licenses.
